About the Role
Fly Dubai is seeking a Senior Officer to support projects and systems for the Network Control Center (NCC), ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The role involves coordinating between IT and operations, leading system rollouts, and driving process automation.

Responsibilities
- Act as focal point for NCC projects, coordinating between IT, Operations Control, Flight Dispatch, Crew Planning, and external vendors
- Lead coordination, testing, and rollout of the in house Disruption Management Tool
- Assist in implementing system enhancements and process automation initiatives
- Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of in house tools
- Test and validate new releases of operational systems
- Support change management by engaging stakeholders, documenting workflows, and training users
- Monitor KPIs, system performance, and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
- Identify risks in project execution or system performance and propose mitigation measures
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination and system implementation
- Knowledge of operational systems such as Flight Planning Module, AIMS, Skybook, OpsCore
- Ability to lead testing and rollout of new tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Main Objective of Role
- To support projects and systems that ensures the smooth delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of systems used by the Network Control Center (NCC), enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing disruption impact, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while driving innovation withi
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the focal point for NCC projects, coordinating between IT, Operations Control, Flight Dispatch, Crew Planning, and external vendors.
- Leads the coordination, testing, and rollout of the in house Disruption Management Tool, ensuring it meets operational needs and business continuity standards.
- Assists in implementing system enhancements and process automation initiatives in coordination IT to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery across NCC processes.
- Oversees monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of in house tools, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Manages initiatives within NCC, ensuring effective monitoring, timely upgrades, and alignment with operational requirements.
- Tests and validates new releases of operational systems such as Flight Planning Module (FPM), Airline Information Management System (AIMS), Skybook, OpsCore, and NCC developed tools, reporting issues and driving resolution.
- Works closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of NCC solutions with wider organizational systems.
- Supports change management by engaging stakeholders, documenting workflows, and training users on newly deployed tools.
- Provides structured feedback and business requirements for future enhancements to operational platforms.
- Monitors KPIs, system performance, and process efficiency to ensure delivery of measurable improvements.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards while driving innovation in tools and processes.
- Identifies risks in project execution or system performance and propose effective mitigation measures.
ISR Requirements
- Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
