Fly Dubai seeks a Senior Officer to support the Aircraft Maintenance Programme team. The role involves managing AMP documentation, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Programme team in reviewing and amending the flydubai AMP.
- Maintain control of Maintenance Programme source documentation.
- Serve as primary liaison between GCAA, compliance monitoring, and internal departments.
- Prepare cost optimizing strategies within the AMP framework.
- Formulate Critical repetitive inspection requirements.
- Manage and verify AMP related documentation and forms.
- Liaise with Technical Planning for manpower and groundtime updates.
- Develop and monitor AMP bridging plans.
- Support audits covering flydubai AMPs.
- Maintain quality and integrity of maintenance program data in AMOS.
- Evaluate material and tooling requirements for OEM requirements.
- Monitor configuration integrity and its impact on component requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 years experience in Engineering & Maintenance
- At least 3 years in Maintenance Programmes
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of AMOS is preferable
- ICAO Type 2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence or Engineering Apprenticeship

Main Objective of Role
- To provide functional support to the Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP) Engineers and assist in development, management, control and continuous improvement of the flydubai AMP for all aircraft types.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Maintenance Programme team in reviewing and amending all flydubai AMP ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintains control of Maintenance Programme source documentation.
- Serve as primary liaison between GCAA, compliance monitoring and internal departments.
- Supports preparation of cost optimizing strategies within the AMP.
- Takes ownership of formulating Critical repetitive inspection requirements.
- Manages and verifies AMP related documentation and forms.
- Liaises with Technical Planning for manpower and groundtime updates.
- Develops and monitors AMP bridging plans.
- Supports audits covering flydubai AMPs.
- Provides support in maintaining quality and integrity of maintenance program data within AMOS.
- Evaluates material and tooling requirements for OEM requirements.
- Verifies and monitors configuration integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English
- 5 Years experience in Engineering & Maintenance out of which at least 3 years in Maintenance Programmes
- Knowledge of AMOS is preferable
- Years with qualifications: 5 7 years
- ICAO Type 2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence or Engineering Apprenticeship
