Opportunity

Elysian Real Estate is expanding its Off-Plan and Secondary division with a focus on leadership, training, and broker development.

The opportunity is intended for experienced brokers seeking stronger support, structured development, and improved performance.

The Role

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals and investors on prestigious Dubai off-plan opportunities.
  • Manage qualified buyer leads using a consultative and investment-focused approach.
  • Build personal brand presence through social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Represent Elysian at developer launches, roadshows, and VIP events.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of luxury developments and market movements.
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions end-to-end.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai is required, with luxury experience preferred.
  • Ability to self-generate business.
  • Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
  • Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven approach.
  • RERA certification and a valid UAE driver's license.
