We specialise in Secondary Sales, Leasing and Off-Plan, working with some of Dubai’s leading luxury developers and maintaining a strong presence in the secondary market, particularly as specialists in Palm Jumeirah.

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded

to join our Talent team.

This is a hands-on recruitment role supporting both our

Off-Plan and Secondary Market Sales teams and other important support roles

A key focus will be proactively headhunting experienced real estate brokers within the UAE, alongside international recruitment where appropriate.

You will work closely with both hiring managers, balancing recruitment priorities and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates across the two divisions.

Real estate recruitment experience is not essential.

What is important is experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment,

strong headhunting ability and the confidence to pick up the phone and engage passive candidates.

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and headhunting through to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt experienced real estate brokers within the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Off-Plan and Secondary Market Sales.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct regular outbound calls and confidently engage passive candidates.
