Senior Network Solution Architect

Role overview

What you'll do

• Define reference architectures integrating GPU and networking into data center solutions.
• Support account teams in identifying opportunities for networking products across cloud, telco, enterprise, AI, and LLM applications.
• Manage technical relationships with key networking product accounts.
• Deliver customer meetings, product updates, roadmap presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Respond to RFP and RFI proposals covering network designs.
• Technically manage complex networking deployments and design-in opportunities.
• Troubleshoot customer-site performance issues and deliver technical training.
• Provide business-supported product feedback and enhancement requests to engineering.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
• Knowledge of data center engineering, networking, or cloud applications.
• Deep networking experience covering topologies and L2/L3 Ethernet or other networking protocols.
• Understanding of operating systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.
• Technical presentation skills and confidence developing proofs of concept.
• Strong achievement orientation, customer focus, and time management skills.
• Travel is required as needed, mainly in EMEA.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous knowledge of low-latency or high-bandwidth InfiniBand or Ethernet AI interconnects.
• Ability to resolve critical customer issues and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Expertise in data center physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and space planning.
• Practical use of AI tools.
