Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and propose solutions covering:
1. Enterprise LAN And WAN Infrastructure

Routing and Switching .
• Privileged Access Management
- Prepare technical proposals, BoQs, SoW, and solution architectures.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and POCs to customers.
- Provide sizing, planning, and bill of materials based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, design validation, and best practices.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs with complete technical and commercial inputs.
- Support post-sales team during project handover when required.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco , Aruba).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify and clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and committed, with a willingness to work extended hours when required.
