Educational qualification
- BE/MCA or BCS/MCS or University degree/Equivalent
- Years of experience : - 2 - 4
- Certifications Required : CCNA, CCNP or another vendor equivalent with SASE product.
- Certifications desired : Any SASE vendor certification or network certification
- We are seeking a Level 1 Engineer for our SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) Management team with 2+ years of experience in Device Management.
- The team member will be responsible for the administration of SASE components such as Cloud Access Security Broker, Firewall as a Service, Zero Trust Network Access, Endpoint Protection, Posture, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in managing Change and Incident processes is essential. The candidate must be prepared to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Technical skills
- · Administration and troubleshooting of the following technologies.
- o Zscaler, Netskope. Cisco, Palo Alto
- o Active Directory, Azure AD
- o Groups and policy configurations
- o Endpoint management
- o Proxies and firewalls
- o SDWAN concepts
- · Good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
- · Good Understanding of ITIL process and concepts
