Responsibilities

Provide multimedia and audio visual subject matter expertise across healthcare capital facility redevelopment projects
Support clinical and technical design meetings with architects, engineers, design build proponents, facilities teams, and IMIT stakeholders
Review technical submittals to confirm alignment with health authority technical, operational, and project requirements
Support follow up and resolution of issues identified during submittal reviews, design reviews, and construction compliance activities
Review related system designs at design development stages, including 30%, 60%, 90%, 100%, issue for construction documents, and smaller work packages
Review shop drawings, specifications, record drawings, as built drawings, and site instructions for multimedia, audio visual, video conferencing, and related systems
Identify, document, and track deficiencies, non conformances, risks, issues, and scope changes related to multimedia deliverables
Monitor and support resolution of deficiencies and non conformance items with project proponents and delivery teams
Support onsite construction reviews to proactively identify issues, deficiencies, or areas of non conformance related to assigned systems
Support reconciliation of final design build deliverables against actual design and construction outcomes
Review proposed solutions to deficiencies and provide reports, comments, and recommendations as directed
Support construction management delivery by ensuring IT statements of requirements, technical specifications, and drawings are available for procurement and management of sub trades

Requirements

Senior level consulting experience in project management, implementation, business analysis, IT multimedia, audio visual technology, or related disciplines
5+ years of experience working on large scale IT projects in a Business Analyst and project lead capacity
Experience with end user requirement gathering and solution advising
Experience leading or driving project activities in collaboration with a Technical Project Manager
Experience with stakeholder engagement, process development, change management, project management, solution adoption, and operational transition
Experience supporting design, construction, commissioning, or implementation activities within complex capital facility, infrastructure, or redevelopment projects
Strong understanding of multimedia technologies, including audio visual systems, video conferencing, and digital signage
Basic computer setup and networking knowledge
Ability to work hands on, investigate details, apply subject matter expertise, and support practical solutions
Ability to lead in ambiguous, fast changing, and reactionary priority environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners
Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral
