New Value Solutions seeks a Software Developer to support innovation initiatives involving LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems. You will build AI-enabled applications, integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and enhance AI enabled applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and open source large language models.
- Integrate LLM based solutions into enterprise workflows, digital products, and existing business systems.
- Explore, design, and implement foundational patterns for multi agent AI systems using tools such as AutoGen, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, architects, and developers to create prototypes, test concepts, refine solutions, and deliver functional AI products.
- Contribute to prototypes and production grade applications that demonstrate generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to test AI applications for quality, accuracy, reliability, safety, and business effectiveness.
- Document models, prompts, workflows, architectures, integration patterns, and key design decisions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to system architecture discussions and decisions.
- Stay current with emerging research, tools, frameworks, and best practices in generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise AI development.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in regular stakeholder updates, solution walkthroughs, and demo presentations.
- Support knowledge sharing with development teams and contribute to reusable AI components, patterns, and development practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer, including recent hands on experience with LLMs or AI integration
- Experience with C#, .NET Core, and object oriented design
- Familiarity with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as OpenAI SDKs, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar tools
- Understanding of agent based design concepts and tools such as AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), GraphRAG, embeddings, and vector databases such as Cosmos DB, pgvector, Qdrant, or similar technologies
- Experience deploying applications and AI enabled solutions to Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Azure AI services and related cloud based AI capabilities
- Experience building APIs and integrating application services across enterprise environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile software development practices
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and communicate AI capabilities clearly to diverse technical and business audiences
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
