- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Develop and maintain Plugins (C#), Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, Ribbon customizations, Business Rules, Power Automate Flows, and Custom APIs
- Configure and customize forms, views, dashboards, Business Process Flows, security roles, and Model Driven Apps
- Design, develop, and support Power Pages portals
- Configure authentication providers including Azure AD B2C and Entra ID
- Develop custom portal components using Liquid Templates, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Web Templates
- Implement portal security, web roles, and table permissions
- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Develop and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, OData Services, and Custom Connectors
- Implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Event Grid
- Lead end to end Dynamics 365 migration projects
- Plan and execute data migration, environment migration, regional migration, and tenant to tenant migration
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development experience
- Minimum 3+ years of Power Platform experience
- Experience delivering large enterprise CRM implementations
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, C#, .NET, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Automate, Power Pages, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, FetchXML, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD/Entra ID
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE upgrades and migrations, regional CRM migration projects, Power Pages implementation, enterprise integrations, Azure based integration architecture, performance optimization, security model design, and large scale data migration

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), Power Platform, Power Pages, Azure Integration Services, Data Migration, and Custom Development.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, migrating, and supporting enterprise scale CRM solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
