Role Description
The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The advisor will manage complex cases and oversee mortgage applications from initial assessment through closure.
Responsibilities
- Source high-value mortgage clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored mortgage products.
- Manage complex cases and high-stakes client relationships.
- Oversee mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Ensure smooth execution, compliance with terms, and timely closure.
- Mentor and support junior advisors.
- Help elevate team performance through expertise, leadership, and coaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior mortgage advisory role is required.
- Experience within the UAE is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to handle complex cases and high-value clients.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, local financial regulations, and market trends is required.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams is required.
- A proven track record in sales and closing complex deals is required.
