Role Description
The Mortgage Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The advisor sources eligible clients, recommends mortgage financing options, guides applications, and ensures case closure.
Responsibilities
- Source eligible clients for mortgage financing.
- Advise clients on various mortgage financing options.
- Identify the best mortgage solutions for clients.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process.
- Ensure closure of the case.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, financial regulations, and local market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
