Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android that support residents, families, guests, and team members
Create intuitive, accessible mobile experiences that meet the needs of diverse users, including older adults and frontline staff
Build resilient mobile applications that support offline functionality and secure data synchronization
Integrate mobile applications with enterprise APIs, authentication services, and notification platforms

In addition to placing high value on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, you bring:
8+ years of professional experience developing and supporting mobile applications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies, and/or native development using Swift or Kotlin
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, local data storage, synchronization, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management
Experience implementing secure authentication, identity management, and mobile security best practices
Familiarity with automated testing, mobile CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered mobile design
Excellent ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
