Role Overview
A Federal Government Agency is seeking Senior Mobile Application Developers or Software Engineers.
The role involves designing, building, deploying, and supporting native mobile applications, digital portals, integration services, and APIs.
The program is modernising front-end portals and native mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript across iOS and Android.
Role Details
- The role is based in Melbourne or Geelong, Victoria, and candidates must be based in Victoria.
- The working arrangement is hybrid with a two-to-three split.
- The engagement is a 12-month contract with an optional 12-month extension.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and support iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
- Modernise mobile applications and front-end portal experiences as part of a digital transformation program.
- Develop mobile components from UI designs with UX/UI, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication services, and back-end platforms.
- Contribute across technical design, documentation, development, testing, and release activities.
