Senior Mitigation Field Operations Supervisor

Get on the tools as needed to complete small-scope tasks — such as equipment placement or pickup, moisture readings, containment adjustments, minor demolition, or finishing work — to keep jobs on schedule when crews are stretched.

Ensure deficiencies are documented, communicated, and corrected promptly.

Communicate field status, resource needs, and schedule impacts to the Mitigation Coordinator and Mitigation Manager daily.

Escalate production risks, scope changes, and operational challenges promptly.

Assist with customer concerns on site and facilitate issue resolution when appropriate.

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in field operations.

Ability and willingness to perform hands-on mitigation tasks when required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Experience with RMS, Encircle, Xactimate, or restoration management software.
