Perform asbestos abatement in accordance with Ontario regulations and company procedures.
Complete mould remediation and lead-safe work practices.
Perform water damage mitigation, emergency response, demolition, and structural drying.
Build containments and maintain negative air environments.
Install and monitor drying equipment.
Complete emergency board-ups and tarping when required.
Document work using photos, moisture readings, and mobile technology.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, adjusters, and project managers.
Ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to IICRC and Paul Davis standards.
Previous asbestos abatement experience
Knowledge of Ontario asbestos regulations
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in PPE including respirators
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Ability to work overtime and after-hours emergency calls
Worker or Supervisor Asbestos Certification
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
Trauma Scene or Biohazard experience
Confined Space or Working at Heights certification
First Aid / CPR
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Additional $3/hour premium while performing asbestos abatement
