- Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

- Manage changes to project scope and requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation of project activities
- Support implementation of HSE initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
- Professional degree in PMP or MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Senior MEP Project Manager supports the organization in providing leadership and technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering. Responsible for a portfolio of construction projects.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee quality control processes for MEP systems.

- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- In depth understanding of industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving abilities.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
Job Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
