- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections, audits, and tests
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Manage project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders
- Manage changes to project scope, specifications, and requirements
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of project activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus
- Professional degree in PMP or MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Senior MEP Project Manager supports the organization in providing leadership and technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering. This position is responsible for a portfolio of construction projects.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities

- In depth understanding of industry regulations, codes, and standards
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
Job Experience

Education
