Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns, particularly in digital channels
- Strong knowledge of various media platforms, particularly social
- Experience in full funnel marketing activation
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, DOMO, PowerBI)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience with media agency management and execution

Overview
- We are seeking an energetic and results oriented Senior Media Manager to join our expanding regional marketing team to support the Middle East.
- You will be key in providing governance and leadership over our media strategy across multiple markets, with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and governance to our distributor media team in the region, working collaboratively to deliver media strategies aligned with brand objectives and commercial goals for the Middle East region.
- Own the full funnel media strategy, defining campaign media objectives, aligning plans to commercial targets, setting budgets, and ensure alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including; DTC, Marketplaces, Retail, Social, Marketing, IMC, Commercial and FP&A.
- Champion a full funnel media approach, connecting brand and performance activation, working closely with performance teams to ensure insights, learning and optimisation opportunities are embedded across campaigns.
- Bring local nuance and consumer insight into media planning, working with internal teams, distributor teams, and agency.
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting of media campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Data team, IMC team).
- Oversee media investment and agency delivery across channels including social, digital and video.
- Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that are accessible and understandable for the wider business.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and technologies, recommending new media opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience with media agency management and execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
