Role Overview

  • New Business Development Manager – DTC & Pure Player role to accelerate growth across direct to consumer channels and pure play e commerce partners.
  • High impact, commercially focused position at the intersection of digital commerce, channel strategy, and customer development.
  • Based in Dubai.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute channel strategy for DTC and pure player customers.
  • Build detailed joint business plans (JBPs) with indirect customers.
  • Identify and onboard new DTC and pure play retail partners.
  • Manage full end to end commercial relationship for account portfolio.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for indirect customers, working with direct distributors.
  • Build trusted relationships with distributor commercial teams.
  • Ensure distributor partners are equipped with products, content, tools, and promotional support.
  • Track distributor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Own end to end digital shelf execution across pure player platforms.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to plan and activate campaigns.
  • Analyze platform data and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend responses.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial/sales role within Consumer Electronics, Small Domestic Appliances, or comparable consumer goods category.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing e commerce or pure player accounts (e.g. Amazon, Tmall, Zalando).
  • Experience working with or through indirect channels / third party distributors.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sell out data, market data, and digital shelf metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Genuine passion for innovative consumer products.

Desirable

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, retail media platforms, or digital shelf analytics tools (e.g. Stackline, Profitero).
  • Familiarity with DTC / direct website commerce operations.
  • Background in category management or trade marketing.
  • Multilingual capability relevant to market scope.
