LAITH Electromechanical is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer - MEP to lead project execution, engineering coordination, submissions and commissioning.
The role is responsible for delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project execution, schedules, resources and engineering deliverables.
- Review designs, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of engineering documents and RFIs.
- Monitor material procurement, delivery, quality inspections and site activities.
- Lead project teams and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning, as-built drawings, handover documents and training.
- Prepare progress reports, project records and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Six to ten years of relevant MEP experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, project execution and commissioning.
- Good knowledge of engineering documentation, consultant approvals and project coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
