Job responsibilities
- Manage and supervise HVAC installation works for MEP contracting projects.
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and BOQs and ensure execution follows approved designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Ensure HVAC works comply with specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and resolution of site technical issues.
- Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- The role requires 8–10+ years of experience, preferably in UAE MEP contracting.
- Strong HVAC installation and construction-project experience is required.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, and project coordination is required.
- Strong communication and site-management skills are required.
- UAE MEP contracting experience and immediate joining are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000–18,000 per month.
