Role Overview
The Joinery Project Manager will manage joinery and fit-out projects in Dubai and Sharjah.
The role covers mass joinery production, factory operations, site fit-out execution, and project handover.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, designers, production teams, procurement, and site teams.
- Monitor scope, programme, manpower, materials, quality, and costs.
- Ensure timely production, delivery, installation, and handover.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Technical and Site Responsibilities
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and production requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
