Overview
- Our client is presently seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on a major mixed use development consisting of 6 high rise towers.
- The towers will offer office space, apartments and commercial facilities once complete.
Responsibilities
- Review the Mechanical drawings reports and specifications submitted by the Design Consultant(s) at each stage and to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
- Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant(s) submittals and forward comments to the Project Manager.
- Carry out appropriate constructability reviews during the Design stages.
- Ensure the Design Consultant(s) incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.
