Overview
- We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager for a UK Cost and Contract Management Consultancy to work in Saudi Arabia.
- The company are primarily involved in building and infrastructure projects.
- Based in their Head Office the work will involve various mixed use developments at the pre contract stage; including residential, commercial, hospitality and residential projects.
Requirements
- Ideally they are seeking personnel with at least 10 years experience with some previous experience working on MEP projects.
Compensation
- Expected remuneration is approximately SR 55,000 per month, plus health insurance and flights.
- Actual remuneration will vary depending on the individual experience.
Schedule
- The position is currently available and offered on a 2 year renewable basis.
- The position is available for an immediate start.
