- Support website content optimisation and user experience
- Coordinate marketing assets with agencies and internal stakeholders
- Develop & maintain an annual integrated marketing calendar
- Manage agency relationships
- Support reporting on marketing KPIs and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 8 10 years’ experience in integrated marketing
- Experience managing digital campaigns
- Experience working with agencies
- Experience using marketing analytics
- UAE based with ability to travel across the 7 emirates
- At least 2 days in the office (hybrid work)

Role Overview
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that increase awareness, participation and engagement across AGF’s institutional narrative, strategic messaging, and programs and models.
- The role translates AGF’s communication objectives into audience focused marketing campaigns that drive applications, event participation, partner engagement and measurable marketing performance across owned, earned and paid channels.
What you will do
- Develop integrated marketing plans supporting the institutional narrative and key programs.

What you will bring

- Experience within education, philanthropy or purpose led organizations is a plus, but not necessary.
- It is front facing, needs to be UAE based, requires travel across the 7 emirates, and at least 2 days in the office.
