Healthcare Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B healthcare marketing, specifically targeting large US healthcare organizations
Proven IC Track Record: Senior in strategic thinking to act autonomously, but energized by executing the work directly (writing copy, building campaigns, managing lead flow).
Data-to-Content Mastery: Demonstrated capability to digest complex, data-heavy content and translate it into clear, engaging, sales-driving marketing campaigns.
US Market Understanding: Strong grasp of the US healthcare buyer journey, enterprise sales cycles, and industry dynamics.
Scrappy & Autonomous: Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment with minimal handholding; takes full ownership of outcomes from day one.
