Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• B.S. or M.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience with electronics manufacturing and assembly in aerospace or other highly-regulated industry

• Ability to make significant improvements to manufacturing processes to optimize for efficiency and/or quality.
• Demonstrated project leadership experience through inception and implementation of productivity and cost-savings initiatives.
• Proven problem-solving expertise through the application of various root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g. 8D, A3, DMAIC, etc.).
• Strong peer-leadership and mentorship skills.
• CAD proficiency in programs such as Creo, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• A self-starting, highly accountable, and detail-oriented approach to owning challenges and solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of breaking down complex information for appropriate audiences.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and be empowered to innovate and implement change.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities between sustaining production, productivity initiatives, and new product development for self and junior engineers.

• Frequent movement about the production floor, working closely with operations and other engineering personnel.
• Continuous use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, etc.
• Uses hands, fingers, and arms to manipulate parts, equipment, tooling, materials, etc.
• Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Please note the typical hiring range is $124,000 - 186,000 annually.

Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
