Job Summary
Translate business strategic plans into actionable analytical insights and solutions for retail and wealth banking.
Act as an internal analytics consultant and communicate recommendations across business levels, including senior executives.
Support transformational initiatives and innovative analytical solutions that improve business performance.
Analytics and Campaign Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards.
- Connect disparate data sources to develop meaningful narratives about business performance and recommended actions.
- Design, execute, and optimize campaigns for target reach, lead nurture, qualification, and business objectives.
- Perform deep-dive analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and financial performance KPIs.
- Provide end-to-end analytics support to campaign and fulfilment leads.
Leadership and Stakeholder Responsibilities
- Lead recurring meetings with onshore stakeholders to coordinate timely campaign execution.
- Participate in forums and squads to support strategic decision-making and present self-initiated product deep dives.
