Senior Manager - Theming

▪ Act as SEVEN’s representative with local and international ventures and enterprises to establish and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders within and outside the SEVEN

▪ Comply with the budget approved in his unit to ensure appropriate utilization for the SEVEN’s financial resources ▪ Supervise the team budget utilization during the year across all related functions to ensure that the spending’s are in alignment with the submitted and approved budget

▪ Monitor the operational activities within the team to ensure its compliance with the policies and procedures ▪ Lead the team’s day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with the approved policies & procedures

▪ Provides his subordinates with ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure their continuous improvement ▪ Conduct the annual appraisal evaluation in compliance with the HR policies and procedures to ensure appropriate and fair evaluation for his subordinates’ performance

▪ Translate brand identity into coherent thematic concepts to ensure immersive experiences. ▪ Develop detailed thematic concepts and plans, including visual narratives and storytelling elements, to align with the overall brand vision.

▪ Select appropriate design elements, such as color schemes, textures, and materials, to ensure thematic consistency. ▪ Ensure all visual components align with the overall theme to maintain a cohesive aesthetic. ▪ Create sketches, storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations to convey thematic narratives and design intent. ▪ Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to showcase design proposals.

▪ Collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to implement thematic elements across projects. ▪ Coordinate with other departments to integrate thematic elements throughout all areas of the project.

▪ Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of thematic installations. ▪ Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain high standards.

▪ Ensure that all thematic elements adhere to safety regulations and building codes. ▪ Oversee the installation process to prevent hazards and ensure compliance.
