Role Overview
The Enterprise Technology Services organization delivers and operates technology, digital, data, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms globally.
The role supports 24x7 technology operations and contributes to technology engineering, infrastructure, risk, security, data, and AI platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans for technical service delivery aligned with business objectives, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies, best practices, and methodologies across teams.
- Direct system upgrades, updates, backups, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Lead management and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Lead major incident bridge calls, incident resolution, stakeholder communications, and escalation management.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- Direct complex technology projects and contribute to operational policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- May oversee, mentor, coach, and support development of technology operations colleagues.
- May manage resource allocation and collaborate with senior leadership on hiring and retention.
