About the Role
Landmark Group is hiring a Senior Manager for its Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, optimize processes, manage technology, and enhance employer branding.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment process mapping and optimization initiatives
- Develop and maintain scalable recruitment playbooks and operating frameworks
- Drive alignment across HR, business, and shared service stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery
- Evaluate, implement, and enhance recruitment technologies, including ATS and talent acquisition platforms
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement
- Establish strong data governance practices to improve reporting accuracy and decision making
- Manage recruitment agency partnerships and preferred supplier relationships
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams on contracts, commercial agreements, and compliance requirements
- Oversee supplier performance, integration, and governance processes
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen employer brand positioning
- Drive initiatives that enhance candidate experience and support global talent attraction strategies
- Lead multiple Talent Acquisition transformation and COE initiatives simultaneously
Requirements
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Excellence, or HR Transformation projects
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities
- Exposure to recruitment technology, agency management, employer branding, and process optimization initiatives
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions and drive execution
- Experience within retail, consumer, or large scale multi business environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication, storytelling, and business case development skills
