Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Integration Management Office)

We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.

• Deliver strategic advice and solutions to senior and C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.
• Help companies develop, plan for, and execute complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Lead Integration Management Office and Separation Management Office teams and workstreams, working with client stakeholders across multiple companies and investor groups.
• Facilitate client planning sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to joint integration/separation planning and requirements gathering exercises.
• Lead current state assessments of target companies and build transaction roadmaps.
• Leverage a “roll-up your sleeves” style to develop and execute against clients’ strategic initiatives.
• Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
• Develop and manage the performance of junior team members through active coaching, feedback and mentorship.
• Play an active role in business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.
• Contribute to industry best perspectives on the implications of market trends impacting the M&A market and its stakeholders (e.g. the state of the capital markets, private equity transformation, emerging technology, regulatory winds, etc.).
