The Opportunity
Highspring is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a large-scale Data Governance initiative.
The role leads a multidisciplinary delivery team and coordinates execution, stakeholder alignment, change management, and governance across business and technology functions.
The position manages complex data-related initiatives, multiple project streams, and project managers in a matrixed environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate project managers and project control officers.
- Align project execution with organizational Data Governance objectives.
- Maintain communication channels across project stakeholders.
- Lead change management across multiple teams, departments, and systems.
- Manage business, technology, and external stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain integrated plans covering deliverables, dependencies, timelines, resources, and budget considerations.
- Guide project sponsors and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Lead project risk identification, mitigation, and resolution.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Implement corrective actions and ensure transition to operational teams.
