Overview

  • The Senior Manager - Strategy & Planning at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and planning processes that support the realization of Qiddiya's vision as a world-class entertainment and cultural destination.
  • This role involves leading strategic planning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment of projects with the overall corporate objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities* Lead the development and execution of strategic plans across multiple business units ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategy formulation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare and present reports, business cases, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance strategic planning processes and outcomes.
  • Support organizational change management efforts related to strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor team members within the strategy and planning function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant experience in strategy development, corporate planning, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within large-scale projects or organizations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in strategic planning tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
