Senior Manager, Specialized Programs & Client Strategies (270302)

Contribute to the overall success of Total Wealth growth initiatives and programs across Scotia Wealth Management, with a focus on advisor resources, business development tools and client strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with key partners across Global Wealth Solutions, Practice Excellence, Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver client-facing insights, presentations and prospecting materials that support advisor business plans and help drive Total Wealth growth.

As part of the Practice Excellence team, you will help enable advisory teams and leaders to effectively run, grow and scale Total Wealth businesses through practical training, practice management support, analytics and strategic resources aligned to Scotia Wealth Management’s priorities.

Develop, lead and implement advisor resources, tools and campaigns that support client growth through Total Wealth Programs.

Create and adapt sales tools, presentations, prospecting materials and client-facing insights that help advisors deliver holistic wealth solutions.

Partner with internal stakeholders, including Practice Excellence, Global Wealth Solutions, Marketing and Communications, to align resources with business priorities and growth strategies.

Build strong relationships with in-field leaders, advisors, relationship managers and partners to understand business needs and share best practices nationally.

Lead communication and distribution of Total Wealth Program resources through channels such as newsletters, presentations, town halls and advisor training.

Support business development initiatives focused on priority client segments, including aging clients, women clients, business owners and next generation clients.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, tools and initiatives, including dashboards, presentations and executive communications.

Champion a client-focused, inclusive and high-performance culture while ensuring business activities are aligned with risk, compliance and conduct expectations.
