As a Senior Manager – Software Engineering , you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for delivering highly scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions while driving technical excellence, people development, operational efficiency, and client success.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Business, DevOps, QA, and Operations teams to deliver pivotal initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic programs, ensuring predictable execution, quality, and on-time

Manage the complete SDLC including planning, estimation, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and production

Drive Agile delivery excellence by managing risks, dependencies, resource planning, and release governance.

Ensure consistency to SDLC, engineering standards, security, compliance, and operational guidelines.

Lead build, enhancement, modernization, migration, and maintenance initiatives across multiple engineering

Work closely with clients and business partners to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable technical

Participate in customer workshops, architecture discussions, solution presentations, and executive governance

Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners while effectively managing expectations and issues.

Communicate delivery health, Key Performance Indicator, project risks, mitigation plans, and strategic initiatives to senior

Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight across enterprise

Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, cloud-native

Convert High-Level Design (HLD) into detailed technical designs (LLD), including APIs, data models, algorithms, schema, and integration

Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, code reviews, peer reviews, and alignment to coding standards.

Champion automation, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud adoption, AI-assisted development, and engineering productivity

Define quality gates, deployment validations, and release controls to improve production

See opportunities to demonstrate AI, GenAI, automation, and cloud technologies to improve engineering productivity and operational

Promote innovation by encouraging experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and modernization

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and distributed

Build and support REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-based

Develop batch and real-time data pipelines using AWS technologies including Redshift, Spectrum, S3, Lambda, SnapLogic, Camunda, and

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple enterprise

Package, support, and oversee production releases while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Lead, coach, and mentor multiple engineering

Drive hiring, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and innovation driven engineering

Essential Skills Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading engineering teams in customer-facing

Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise-scale software programs using Agile

Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and multi-functional

Strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and decision-making

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization

Determined with a passion for continuous learning and engineering
