Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic programs, ensuring predictable execution, quality, and on-time
Manage the complete SDLC including planning, estimation, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and production

Client Partner Management

Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight across enterprise
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, cloud-native
Convert High-Level Design (HLD) into detailed technical designs (LLD), including APIs, data models, algorithms, schema, and integration
Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, code reviews, peer reviews, and alignment to coding standards.
Champion automation, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud adoption, AI-assisted development, and engineering productivity
Define quality gates, deployment validations, and release controls to improve production
Innovation s Platform Development
See opportunities to demonstrate AI, GenAI, automation, and cloud technologies to improve engineering productivity and operational
Promote innovation by encouraging experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and modernization
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and distributed

Essential Skills Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading engineering teams in customer-facing
Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise-scale software programs using Agile
Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and multi-functional
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and decision-making
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization
Determined with a passion for continuous learning and engineering
