Intelligence and Risk Mitigation
- Gather information on potential criminal activities and union movements and share insights with field and operations teams.
- Counter espionage efforts and prevent internal information leaks by managing the flow of intelligence.
Community Intelligence Network
- Develop a network of employee and community informants to monitor suspicious activities and gather intelligence on threats.
Surveillance and Investigation
- Maintain records of antisocial elements in the vicinity and discreetly monitor their movements.
- Investigate crime scenes, preserve evidence, study criminal methods, track suspects, and conduct interrogations.
Stakeholder and Security Operations
- Collaborate with local police on crime reporting and legal complaint and FIR processes.
- Oversee the security operational plan, annual budget, and innovative security measures, including artificial intelligence.
- Liaise with police, villagers, panchayat members, government bodies, vendors, and civil organizations.
Training and Team Development
- Conduct intelligence and vigilance training for security personnel.
- Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead productive teams, and mentor employees.
