Position Purpose
Oversee all finance and accounting functions for the ports business.
Drive business growth through financial governance, effective controls, compliance management, and strategic decision support.
Financial Planning and Reporting
- Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX budget preparation, consolidation, review, finalization, and approvals.
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
- Provide financial evaluation for capital expenditure proposals and investment decisions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and coordinate performance reviews.
- Oversee financial statement preparation and review under applicable accounting standards.
Treasury, Controls, and Compliance
- Analyze expenses, receivables, and working capital trends and drive operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flows, liquidity positions, and short-term investment decisions.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and close audit observations.
- Complete statutory audits within defined timelines.
- Maintain compliance with GST, EPCG obligations, and other statutory requirements.
