Role Overview
Build a predictable, high-accountability delivery system across multiple AI product and engineering squads.
Own Agile cadence, delivery governance, dependency management, and leadership visibility from roadmap to production.
Responsibilities
- Design and run the Agile delivery operating model across multiple squads.
- Establish sprint and program governance for planning, reviews, retrospectives, releases, and delivery health.
- Translate roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, sequencing, and outcomes.
- Own cross-squad dependencies and protect critical paths and production commitments.
- Coach Scrum Masters and delivery practitioners.
- Improve backlog quality, capacity planning, prioritization, and operational reliability.
- Define delivery metrics for flow, predictability, quality, risk, and value.
- Create executive reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and forecast confidence.
- Lead escalation and recovery for delivery risks and execution gaps.
- Improve delivery standards, tooling, and ways of working.
- Align Product, Technology, Delivery, and senior leadership while preserving team ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, program execution, or a related discipline in technology, AI, SaaS, or digital products.
