• We are looking for a Senior Manager - Residential Procurement to lead our procurement efforts specifically for residential projects within our expansive portfolio.
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services for our residential developments.
• Your expertise in the procurement process will be instrumental in fostering relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to residential project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify procurement needs and deliver solutions that meet project timelines and budgets.
• Manage supplier selection and negotiation processes, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.
• Oversee contract management, ensuring that agreements support the strategic objectives of residential projects.
• Mentor and lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on procurement activities and project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, with specific experience in residential construction or real estate development.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing procurement teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools to enhance procurement processes.
