Position Overview
KEC International Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Projects to lead the execution of utility-scale wind power projects at our Bhuj, Gujarat site. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion of civil, electrical, and mechanical works while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, OEMs, consultants, and clients to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale wind power projects from site mobilization to commissioning and project handover.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource deployment to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee civil, electrical, and mechanical construction activities including foundations, crane pads, internal roads, WTG erection, electrical infrastructure, and commissioning.
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
