Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery from inception, design, procurement, construction, and handover
- Coordinate and manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Determine, procure, and oversee project management, technical services, design consultants, and external resources
- Develop and maintain integrated design, authorities, procurement, and delivery programmes
- Prepare, update, and implement project plans, monitoring progress, budgets, risks, challenges, and mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and governance requirements
- Lead stakeholder meetings, manage project communications, coordinate change control processes
- Drive business priorities including Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and Responsible Business
Requirements
- Substantial previous experience in a project management role on medium sized or complex projects, or leading smaller projects
- Experience in the construction delivery phase of projects
- Proven experience in hospitality assets
- MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent
- Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline) or equivalent professional experience
- Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent

Project Overview
- This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for
- Lead and manage project delivery from inception, design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring alignment with programme milestones, scope, budget, and client objectives.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Determine, procure, and oversee project management, technical services, design consultants, and external resources, including fee management, claims, variations, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain integrated design, authorities, procurement, and delivery programmes, ensuring timely project execution and performance.
- Prepare, update, and implement project plans, monitoring progress, budgets, risks, challenges, and mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and governance requirements by promoting safety leadership, robust quality systems, and Service Excellence standards.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, manage project communications, coordinate change control processes, and ensure accurate documentation and approved handover records.
- Drive business priorities including Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and Responsible Business while promoting best practices and continuous improvement across projects.
You’ll need to have
- Substantial previous experience in a project management role on medium sized or complex projects, or leading smaller projects.
- Experience in the construction delivery phase of projects. Proven experience in hospitality assets is essential.
- MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
- Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card (or local equivalent).
