Role Summary
Bell is seeking a strategic, execution-focused program leader for call centre transformation initiatives.
The role owns large-scale strategic initiatives from concept through realization and shapes the long-term vision for call centre technologies.
The position focuses on Google Cloud Contact Center AI implementation, business value, customer experience, and operational improvement.
Program Leadership
- Lead the Google CCAI implementation from inception through timely, high-quality delivery and post-go-live stabilization.
- Act as Epic Owner within an Agile framework and oversee delivery with technical partners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Manage program finances, risks, dependencies, vendors, and implementation partners.
Legacy Migration and Roadmap
- Develop and execute the phased decommissioning of legacy IVR infrastructure.
- Manage technical dependencies, data migration, user transitions, and cutover with minimal disruption.
- Define and deliver an AI-powered roadmap for call centre transformation.
