About the Role
Nissan Motor Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of Product Marketing Strategy for the AMIO region. You will lead and harmonize marketing teams across countries, build model grade structures, develop GTM strategies, and monitor product performance.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing with BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- 10 12 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in Product Planning or Product Marketing
- Strong automotive industry knowledge and analytical skills
- Good understanding of automobile business model and processes
- Interpersonal skills to deal with different countries and markets
- Good computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint
- Good driving skills, valid passport, willing to travel

JOB PURPOSE
- Contribute to maximizing Marketing performance (share, OaO and Profit) in AMIO region through leading and harmonizing marketing teams.
- Secure smooth delivery of milestones: define appropriate DOA, schedule necessary reviews, guide proposal, guarantee on time delivery of supporting material.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build model grade structures, walk and price positioning according to market requirement.
- Develop M&S proposal together with country MKT at each product milestone and expedite alignment.
- Define GTM strategy across the region.
- Develop product marketing plans with country MKT to deliver sales & profit objectives.
- Monitor and Strengthen the Product performance through coordination between different operational functions/countries.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA Marketing in International Business with B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Engg.
Relevant Experience
- Experience in Automotive manufacturing company a must, preferably in Product Planning / Product Marketing.
- Experience: 10 ~ 12 Years.

- Highly self motivated and passionate.
- Speedy in actions, negotiation & assertive skills.
- Interpersonal skill to deal with different countries & market.
- Comprehension of AMI auto market situation/environment.

- Good Driving Skills, Has a Passport, OK for Travelling.
- Flexible, can adapt and deliver in high pressure situations.
