- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating end user requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Informatica Prep, Snowflake, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects.
- Recommend and implement tools and strategies for efficient data storage within data marts and data lakes.
- Lead end user testing efforts and develop database queries to assess impact, identify issues, and troubleshoot effectively.
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, definitions, and data elements through an electronic data glossary.
- Perform and document data analysis, validation, and mapping/design activities by integrating and analyzing data from multiple source systems.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, balancing concurrent projects while working both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, or Business Technology
- 6+ years of directly related professional level experience
- 5+ years of database experience
- Experience in development of Performance Scorecard/KPI related dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Advanced experience in ETL development using SQL and Python

Who We're Looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology. Master's degree preferred.
- Experienced in development of Performance Scorecard/KPI related dashboards related to data driven business analysis in a business, vs. an IT role.
- 6+ years of directly related professional level experience required and 5+ years of database experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- In depth knowledge of data warehouse concepts, architecture, and best practices.
- Advanced experience in ETL development using SQL and Python to build and maintain data pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
