About the Role
Pratt & Whitney Canada seeks a Senior Manager to define, govern, and execute product data strategy across the aftermarket lifecycle. The role leads a global team of offshore data stewards, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of product data.

Responsibilities
- Define Product Data standards, quality rules, and reference structures across ERP, MRO, CRM, and downstream systems
- Monitor and hold data providers accountable, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring data issues
- Lead structured investigations into product data discrepancies from multiple sources
- Ensure full traceability, documentation, and governance of all product master data changes
- Coach offshore managers for Product Data to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Work closely with Transformation Manager to continuously improve the operating model
- Foster a strong data ownership culture by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Serve as senior point of accountability for Product Data within the aftermarket organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data quality roles within manufacturing or regulated environments
- Strong experience managing serialized product data across ERP, MRO, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to lead offshore teams
- Experience in operating model transformation resulting from digital transformation
- Proven ability to drive enterprise scale data quality improvements
- Experience in aerospace engine aftermarket, MRO, or fleet product management
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, MDM platforms, and data quality tooling
- Experience with data lake and warehouse solutions, driving scalable pipelines, data strategy
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and customer data obligations
- Very good knowledge of English to read/write technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders

What will your day to day look like?
- Accountable for overall performance of Product Data, ensuring SLAs, data quality KPIs, and business expectations are met.

What do you need to be successful?
