About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross functional Quality, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and AI initiatives simultaneously
- Partner with Digital Technology, Data & AI teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and deploy digital applications and AI enabled solutions
- Coordinate cross functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, Data Science, and Business SMEs
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability
- Collaborate with RTX business units to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote alignment
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Provide oversight and coaching to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project execution
- Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements, and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and deploy change management plans, process documentation, and work instructions
Requirements
- Baccalaureate and minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives
- Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Digital Technology teams
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience with business process mapping, process documentation and process optimization
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of English (documentation and technical terms, write and communicate with customers, suppliers or international teams)

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Lead multiple cross functional Quality, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and AI initiatives simultaneously
- Partner with Digital Technology (DT), Data & AI teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and deploy digital applications and AI enabled solutions
- Coordinate cross functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, Data Science, and Business SMEs

- Collaborate with RTX business units, including Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterprise
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and regularly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Provide oversight and coaching to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project execution
- Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements, and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies

The tools you need to be successful: Must haves:
- Baccalaureate and minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives

- Knowledge of SAP an asset
