What Will Your Day to Day Look Like?

  • Define product data standards, quality rules, and reference structures across ERP, MRO, CRM, and downstream systems.
  • Lead a global team of offshore data stewards to identify, investigate, and resolve product data discrepancies.
  • Monitor and hold data providers accountable, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring data issues.
  • Ensure full traceability, documentation, and governance of all product master data changes.
  • Coach offshore managers for Product Data to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Transformation Manager to continuously improve the operating model.
  • Foster a strong data ownership culture by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
  • Serve as senior point of accountability for Product Data within the aftermarket organization.

What Do You Need to Be Successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data quality roles within manufacturing or regulated environments.
  • Strong experience managing serialized product data across ERP, MRO, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to lead offshore teams.
  • Experience in operating model transformation resulting from digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise scale data quality improvements.
  • Experience in aerospace engine aftermarket, MRO, or fleet product management.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, MDM platforms, and data quality tooling.
  • Experience with data lake and warehouse solutions.
  • Very good knowledge of English to read, write, and communicate with international stakeholders.
